Spicy Beef Roast

Hey gals,

How was the chicken?? I really need to know because...I didn't make it! This was the first time I didn't actually amke a recipe that I posted!! I will make it though! I hope someone gives me some feedback. This week I'm planning on using my crockpot several times. The fun thing is that my sister is going to make a different recipe on Thursday and we are going to swap meals! Two for the price of one! Haven't talked to Christi yet, but maybe she'll make a different meal and then I'll have three nights covered. Anyone know of someone who just had a baby???? I do, and I hope to Bless them with a meal in the next week or so!! You could do the same!! Here is this weeks recipe...Ready?

Spicy Beef Roast

You will need:

3 lbs. round tip roast

1 Tbs. cracked black peppercorns

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 Tbs. Balsalmic Vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Rub the cracked pepper and garlic into the roast. Place the roast in the Crockpot and make several shallow slits in the top of the roast. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.

Can't wait to taste this...I love making roasts!! I think I might add potatoes, carrot and onions to the crockpot too!! I want the whole meal done at once!!

Have a blessed weeK!! Just a reminder...Would love to have any of you come over to play while our yummy dinner is cooking!! Also, if you have any recipes to share, PLEASE post them!

Lord Bless,

Stephanie
